The highly in-demand job positions for tech professionals in the BFSI sector are business/data analysts who are drawing impressive salaries starting from ₹8.5 lakh at the entry level. There is a significant increase in salaries in the mid-level and senior level seen around ₹12 lakh and ₹25 lakh respectively.
Data engineers and DotNet developers draw around ₹7.5 lakh in the entry level. In the mid-level and senior levels, data engineers are in an advantageous position drawing around ₹17.5 lakh and ₹33 lakh. DotNet developers in mid and senior roles draw around ₹14 lakh and ₹21 lakh respectively.
A solutions architect can expect to get around ₹8 lakh at the entry level, ₹17 lakh at the mid-level and ₹31 lakh at the senior level.
RPA developers are the next highly paid professionals in these sectors with a payout of around ₹6 lakh, ₹9 lakh and ₹17 lakh at the entry, mid and senior levels respectively.
