Remote work may be becoming a permanent fixture in the lives of many American professionals.

Companies like Google and Twitter announced extended work-from-home during the coronavirus pandemic, with July 2021 becoming a target date for many companies. While some employees are celebrating the possibility of being remote forever, others may be concerned that they are losing the opportunity to develop relationships with colleagues, brainstorm as a group, or foster a sense of belonging within teams.

It's true: you may no longer be able to bump into a coworker in the kitchen for a casual midday catch up, but that doesn't mean company culture is gone. From virtual happy hours to trivia nights, employers are thinking of creative ways to help workers get to know one another from the comfort of their homes.

If this sounds like your office, we want to hear from you.

Business Insider is compiling unique examples of companies transforming their cultures to be remote-work friendly. We want to know about how you're creating a dynamic company culture where employees can get to know one another (and have fun) in the office.
