Randstad Insights Salary Trends Report 2019 unveiled the 10 hottest jobs in India for 2019. With average annual CTC at ₹31 lakhs, the hottest job of 2019 is that of a compliance specialist, followed by Python specialists, hadoop specialists and specialist doctors.
Compliance specialists ensure that the company adheres to all the rules, regulations and standards that an industry demands. Their duties change based on the sector they work.

Skills required: Risk management, data interpretation and conflict management.
Python Specialists
An IT professional with a sound knowledge of Python, a programming language used to create web applications.

Skills required: Core Python, web frameworks, data science and deep learning

They are software developers who specialise in coding for Hadoop applications.
