PRESENTING: I'm an online personal trainer who makes over $450,000 a year. Here's how I built up my business and client base to work with hundreds of people at a time.
In 2009, BreeAnna Cox, now the founder of BodyByBree, was making $25 to $45 an hour as a personal trainer in a gym. The job offered her little flexibility, limited vacation days, and fewer clients, making it difficult to balance long work hours and caring for two small children at home.
Her life and career changed when she shifted her business online — a decision that would soon triple her income and significantly increase her clientele. She shares how she started leveraging her social media following on Instagram and YouTube to source new clients, and what her business looks like today.
"I have a genuine love for helping people and that's what people are drawn to," Cox said. "I'm driven by my clients and helping women see their potential every single day. That's what keeps me going, and I think they can feel that."
