  • Morgan Stanley has launched a special ‘Returning to Work: A Road Map’ programme for people who are thinking of entering the job industry again after a career break due to any significant reason.
  • This is a three-month paid internship programme, which will commence on March 7, 2022 and will end on May 27, 2022.
  • The online application to apply for this opportunity has already been started and the last date to fill out the application is November 24, 2021.
US-based investment banking and financial services company Morgan Stanley has launched a special ‘Returning to Work: A Road Map’ programme for people who are thinking of entering the job industry again after a career break due to any significant reason.

This is a three-month paid internship programme, which will commence on March 7, 2022 and will end on May 27, 2022 and is available in only two cities in India -- Mumbai and Bengaluru.

Candidates will get continuous training, mentorship and professional development to help you learn new skills, build relationships and gain new on-the-job experiences.

The online application to apply for this opportunity has already been started and the last date to fill out the application is November 24, 2021.

Candidates who successfully complete the 12-week internship may receive a full-time employment offer.

Placements will be done on the basis of candidate’s skills, experience and interests, with internship opportunities in these business units — technology, finance, human resources, fund services, legal and compliance, risk management, internal audit , operations, global markets, investment management.

Qualifications and requirements for the internship —

  1. Candidates must have at least five years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, or another relevant area.
  2. Should have taken a career break of two or more years.
  3. Should possess excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Should know how to solve problems and must have good analytical skills.
  5. Candidates must be willing to return to the workforce for full-time employment.
