- All candidates must be citizens of India or subject of Nepal or an Indian who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia and Vietnam.
- The age criteria is 20-27 years as on January 1, 2022.
- This opportunity is only for engineering graduates who have passed the requisite engineering degree course or are in the final year of the engineering degree course. Candidates who are in their final year can also apply, and should be able to proof of passing the degree examination along with marksheets of all semesters/years by 01 Jan 2022.
- For the recruitment of induction to Pre-Commission Training Academy, the candidate should have passed BE/B.Tech degree in the engineering streams.
- Final year students will be allowed to appear in
Services Selection Board (SSB) only when the aggregate marks scored upto 6th semester of engineering degree, 8th semester of B. Architecture (B.Arch) and upto 2nd semester of M.Sc in notified equivalent stream/discipline is not below the approved cut off percentage in their respective streams. - Candidates studying in the final year/semester of engineering degree course should not have any backlog at the time of submission of application. Any candidate if found having backlog will not be allowed to appear in
SSB interview and candidature of such candidates will be cancelled. - The candidates will not be allowed to get married during the period of the training course nor will they be allowed to live with parents/guardians. If any candidate marries during the course shall be discharged and will have to refund all the expenses incurred by the government on the candidate.
- The entire cost of training will be borne by the government, however, if any candidate withdraws their application due to other reasons than medical ground or the reasons not beyond his control, he will be liable to refund the cost of training -- ₹12,908/- per week till 30 Jun 2022.
- Only online applications will be accepted, candidates will have to fill the application form on the official website of the Indian Army.
- Click on ‘Officer Entry Apply/Login’ and then click on ‘Registration’. Fill the online registration form after reading the instructions carefully.
- After getting registered, click on ‘Apply Online’ under Dashboard.
- A page Officers Selection ‘Eligibility’ will open, then click ‘Apply’ shown against Technical Graduate Course, you will be directed to ‘Application Form’.
- Fill out all the details carefully and then click on ‘Save and Continue’.
- After filling all the details, you will be moved to ‘Summary of your Information’ where you can cross check all your details and edit any incorrect information.
- After ascertaining your information, click on ‘submit’.
- The candidates are required to take out two copies of their application having Roll Number, 30 minutes after final closure of online application on the last day.
