Online learning platform Great Learning is now offering a senior-level learning programme ‘AI for Leaders’ in partnership with University of Texas, Austin. The three-month programme will focus on training leadership roles such as directors and CXOs.

In the last two years, the demand for AI learning experts grew by 60%. The learning in this area itself is expected to grow into an $16 billion opportunity by 2025.

“AI is expected to add significant growth and value to the world’s economy and it will impact their customers, employees, investors, operations and product/service offerings. Our current business environment mandates that mid and senior leaders be aware of the possibilities that AI has to offer,” said Hari Krishnan Nair, Co-founder, Great Learning.

The course aims to fill the much-needed tech skills gap at the senior level. According to a recent survey by Great Learning, senior leaders lack AI skills that companies need.

The course will include the basics of artificial intelligence and training on database systems including SQL, No-SQL, Visualizing Data - Tableau, machine learning, autonomous vehicles and image classification.
