Food Corporation of India recruitment 2022: Salary range between ₹60,000 to ₹1,80,000 per month

The Food Corporation of India (FCI) has rolled out a new notification inviting online applications for Assistant General Manager posts in various departments from eligible candidates across various locations in India.The last date to apply for the opportunity is March 31.

Candidates can expect their salary to range between ₹60,000 to ₹1,80,000 per month depending upon the selection criteria.

Eligibility criteria for all the roles —

1. For General Administration — Bachelor’s degree in Law or 5 years integrated course in Law or postgraduate degree from recognised university with minimum 55% marks.
   
2. For Technical — Bachelor of science (B.Sc). in agriculture/bachelor of technology (B.Tech) or bachelor’s of engineering (B.E) in food science/food technology/food processing technology/food process engineering/food processing/food preservation technology/agricultural engineering/biotechnology/industrial biotechnology/biotechnology/biochemical engineering/agricultural biotechnology from a recognised university with minimum 55% marks.
   
3. For Accounts — Candidates should be an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or The Institute of Cost Accountants of India or The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
   
4. For Law — Minimum 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in civil matters representing clients in at least 3 cases in every year or 5 years experience as a law officer in Central Government/State Government/Central Government PSU/State Government PSU.
   
5. For Medical — 3 years of experience in any organised medical institution, preferably in a labour organisation.
   

Selection Procedure —

Candidates who match the eligibility criteria will have to appear for an online test and interview. Candidates will be shortlisted for Interview on criteria of 50% marks in online test for unreserved and economically weaker section (EWS) categories and 45% marks for scheduled caste (SC), scheduled tribe (ST),other backward class (OBC) and persons with benchmark disabilities (PwBD).

Candidates will also have to pay an application fee of ₹1000 while filling up the online application form.
