Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), an Indian Government-owned aerospace and defence electronics company, has invited applications from eligible candidates to fill up 55 engineering posts for a period of maximum four years.The last date to apply for the opportunity is June 1.

Eligibility criteria —

- The maximum age limit for trainee engineers is 28 years, while for project engineers is 32 years.
- For both — Candidates should have done the four-year course of bachelor’s of engineering (B.E) or bachelor’s of technology (B.Tech) from a reputed institute/university.
- For trainee engineers — At least one year of relevant post qualification industrial experience.
- For project engineers — Minimum 2 years relevant post qualification industrial experience.
- For Project Engineer (HR) — 2 Years MBA/MSW/PGHRM in HR from a reputed institute/university.
Candidates will have to appear for a written test and then for an interview if he/she qualifies the test.
Application fee
Applicants will have to pay an application fee while filling out the application form. Candidates belonging to the general category and applying for project engineering posts have to ₹472, while candidates applying for engineering trainee post shall pay ₹177.
Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD are exempted from payment of the application fee.
