Reliance Jio increases prices of prepaid plans with Netflix bundle: New prices, benefits detailed

India’s leading telecom player, Reliance Jio, has increased the prices of its prepaid plans with the Netflix bundle. This hike, which also comes with unlimited 5G connectivity, has been announced after the telecom major increased the prices of its regular plans by up to 25%.While the price hike of regular plans was expected for several months, Reliance Jio has now updated the prices of its Netflix bundle plans, too.
Reliance Jio with Netflix bundle – new plans
While Jio increased the prices of its regular plans by as much as 25%, its Netflix-bundled plans have seen their prices hiked by up to 20%.Both the plans come with unlimited 5G data on compatible smartphones, while high-speed 4G data is limited to 2GB and 3GB per day, respectively.
While the ₹1,299 plan comes with the Netflix Mobile plan, the ₹1,799 comes with the Netflix Basic plan. The Netflix Mobile plan allows only on one smartphone or tablet at a time, while the Netflix Basic plan can be used on any one device like a smartphone, tablet, TV, laptop, etc.

The new prices are already in effect and applicable to all new recharges going forward.
Jio restricts unlimited 5G benefits to selected plans
Apart from the increase in prices, Jio has also made some changes to its unlimited 5G offer. With the new plans, the unlimited 5G benefit will only be given with plans that offer 2GB of data per day.SEE ALSO:
