Nickel futures ease on low demand

New Delhi, Mar 6 () Nickel prices on Friday fell by Rs 11 to Rs 948.30 per kg in futures trade after participants trimmed their positions amid weak demand at spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, nickel contracts for March delivery fell by Rs 11, or 1.15 per cent, to Rs 948.30 per kg with a business turnover of 1,726 lots.

Similarly, nickel contracts for April delivery dropped by Rs 9.30, or 0.97 per cent, to Rs 951.20 per kg in 12 lots.
