Mustard seed futures drop on muted demand

New Delhi, Mar 31 () Mustard seed prices on Tuesday dropped by Rs 39 to Rs 4,110 per quintal in futures trade as participants reduced their holdings on sluggish demand.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, mustard seed contracts for April delivery fell by Rs 39, or 0.94 per cent, to Rs 4,110 per quintal in a business turnover of 14,310 lots.

Mustard seed contracts for delivery in May declined by Rs 11, or 0.27 per cent, to Rs 4,065 per quintal in a business turnover of 16,710 lots.
