Salesforce

Cloud-based software giant Salesforce announced its partnership with ChatGPT and introduced its own Einstein GPT, a tool based on OpenAI’s chatbot to create the first generative AI for its customer relation management (CRM) tools.

The tool is used to compose emails, schedule meetings, auto-generate personalised agent chat replies to customers, provide customer insights, and more.

Air India

Air India has become the first aviation company in India to announce that it will use ChatGPT to improve the customer experience on its website. The airline will reportedly use the latest version of ChatGPT, GPT4, to improve the FAQ section, pilot briefings, and more.

Microsoft

Microsoft was one of the first companies to integrate ChatGPT. The search giant has used the latest version of ChatGPT, GPT4, for its Bing Chat service, which is available with the latest version of Microsoft Edge.

Bing Chat works just like ChatGPT and quickly answers user queries.

Snapchat

Popular messaging app Snapchat is also jumping on the AI bandwagon. The company has introduced a ChatGPT-powered AI chatbot named “My AI.” My AI is currently available only to Snapchat Plus subscribers and is a toned-down version of ChatGPT.

Duolingo

Popular language learning app Duolingo has announced Duolingo Max, a subscription service that offers tailored lessons to users to help them learn easily. Duolingo Max uses GPT-4 to allow users to ask questions such as “Explain my answer” and “Roleplay.”

Slack

In addition to using ChatGPT for its CRM, Salesforce also integrates ChatGPT with Slack. Slack users will soon get access to a new assistant dubbed as “Einstein” that will help users to draft replies, summarise threads, research on a particular topic and more.

Koo

Indian microblogging platform Koo developed as an alternative to Twitter, has also integrated ChatGPT into its platform. It will help creators compose and draft posts using ChatGPT. Currently, the feature is available only to verified users and will roll out to all users soon.

Bain & Company

Global management consulting giant Bain & Company has partnered with OpenAI to integrate its AI chatbot into its management systems. Beverage giant Coca Cola is reportedly the first major consumer product company that will use the management tool.

Shop

Shop, a popular e-commerce app, has used ChatGPT to develop a shopping assistant that will help users quickly purchase products by asking questions to them, including their budget, preferences and more.
