Gateway Partners to pick up stake in TVS SCS for USD 100 mn

Chennai, Mar 16 (): Singapore-based private equity firmGateway Partners has planned to acquire minority stakes incity-based TVS Group firm TVS Supply Chain Solutions for adeal valued at USD 100 million. According to a statement from TVS Supply Chain Solutions,the investment involves both primary portion and secondaryelement. The deal is the second largest private equity investmentin TVS Supply Chain Solutions after North America's largestpension fund managers CDPQ invested USD 155 million in TVSSupply Chain Solutions in 2016. "We are glad to have Gateway Partners as a strategicinvestor. TVS Supply Chain Solutions has been growingsignificantly both in domestic and internationaloperations," TVS Supply Chain Solutions managing director RDinesh said.
