Maruti Suzuki Ertiga emerged as the top-selling car in September 2024. The company sold 17,441 cars in September 2024, up from 13,528 in September 2023, a 28.92 per cent year-on-year growth in sales.

The Maruti Suzuki Swift, the company’s most popular hatchback is second on the list with 16,241 cars sold in September 2024, down from 14,703 cars sold in September 2023. The car reported a 10.46 per cent year-on-year decline in sales.

Hyundai Creta, a popular SUV from the Korean automaker, emerged as the third most selling car in September 2024. The company sold 15,902 units of Creta in September 2024, up from 12,717 vehicles sold in September 2023, registering a growth of 25.05 per cent.

Maruti Suzuki Brezza is the fourth top selling car in September 2024, with 15,322 cars sold during the month, up from 15,001 cars sold in September 2023, an increase of 2.14 per cent.

The Mahindra Scorpio SUV is the fifth on the list, with 14,438 units sold during the month, up from 11,846 cars sold in September 2023, an increase of 21.88 per cent.

The Maruti Suzuki Baleno has reported a huge year-on-year decline in sales. The company sold 14,292 cars in September 2024, down from 18,417 cars sold in September 2023, a 22.40 per cent year-on-year decline in sales.

Maruti Suzuki Fronx was the seventh top-selling car in September 2024, with 13,874 cars sold during the month, up from 11,455 cars sold in September 2023, an increase of 21.11 per cent.

The Tata Punch, an affordable SUV from Tata Motors is in the eighth position with 13,711 cars sold in September 2024, up from 13,036 cars sold in September 2023, an increase of 5.18 per cent.

The Maruti Suzuki WagonR, one of the company’s most popular cars, emerged as the country’s nith most selling car in September 2024, with 13,339 cars sold during the month, down from 16,250 cars sold in September 2023, recording a decline of 17.91 per cent.

Maruti Suzuki Eeco, the affordable van from the company, reported a sale of 11,908 units in September 2024, up from 11,147 units sold in September 2023, recording a growth of 6.83 per cent.
