Tata Curvv EV with up to 585 km range launched starting at ₹17.49 lakh

The Tata Curvv EV features a coupe SUV design. It comes with a connected LED DRL bar, just like the new Nexon EV and Punch EV. It features squared-off wheel arches and a sloping roofline.

It is equipped with a 167 hp electric motor mounted on the front axle. The car can go from 0 to 100 kmph in just 8.6 seconds and offers a top speed of 160 kmph.

The Curvv EV is offered in two battery pack options – a 45 kWh unit and a 55 kWh unit.
While the 45kWh unit has a certified range of 502 km on a single charge, the 55kWh variant has a certified range of 585 km on a single charge.

As per Tata Motors’ real-world testing system C75, the 45kWh variant is expected to offer a real-world range of 330 to 350 km and the 55kWh variant is expected to offer a real-world range of 400 to 425 km.

The company has claimed that the Curvv EV can offer a range of up to 150 km with a 15-minute charge and can go from 10 to 80% charge in just 40 minutes while using a 70kW charger.

The Tata Curvv EV white and grey dual-tone interior. It features a 12.3-inch floating infotainment touchscreen, along with a climate control panel below it. The infotainment system comes with wireless CarPlay and Android Auto. The car also features a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster with navigation support.

The car is equipped with a 320W 9-speaker JBL sound system and comes with a panoramic sunroof.

Coming to the safety features, the Tata Curvv EV offers safety features such as six airbags, Level 2 ADAS, an electronic parking brake with auto hold, a 360-degree parking camera, an electronic stability program and more.
