New Creta to Punch EV – Cars hitting Indian market in January 2024

Hyundai is all set to unveil the Creta 2024, the revamped version of its popular SUV in India on January 16. The car is expected to be equipped with a revamped design, refreshed interiors, improved features and more. The company is also expected to offer improved safety and new powertrain options with the car. The Creta 2024 is expected to be offered with a new 1.5-litre TGDi turbo petrol engine.

The Kia Sonet facelift, which was announced in December 2023 is all set to be launched in January 2024. While the company has already started accepting bookings for the car, the launch is slated for this month. The Kia Sonet facelift features a refreshed design, with improved L-shaped LED DRLs, vertical tail lamps with a connected LED strip design and more. The car comes in both petrol and diesel powertrains.

German luxury automaker Mercedes is all set to launch the GLS facelift in India on January 8. The car, expected to be priced above ₹1.3 crore will be the company’s first offering in the country in 2024. The car features a revamped exterior, while not much has changed inside. The car features a redesigned bumper, revamped LED tail lamps, new alloy wheels and more. It is offered in two engine options, a turbo petrol engine and a turbo diesel engine.

Tata Motors is expected to introduce the Tata Punch EV in India in January 2024. The car is currently being tested and has already been spotted multiple times. The compact SUV is expected to launch with a revamped design along the lines of the new Nexon EV and is claimed to offer a range of up to 325 km on a single charge.
