The Kia EV6 has been priced at starting at ₹59.95 lakh in India.

Kia started accepting bookings for the EV6 with a token amount of ₹3 lakh last week. The company will accept only 1,000 bookings in the first phase.

Kia EV6 secured a 5-star safety rating in the Euro NCAP crash test. The car features 8 airbags, Auto Emergency Braking Technology, more than 10 Advanced Driver Assistance System(ADAS), Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist(FCA), Lane Keep Assist(LKA) and more.

The car will be available in electric mode(battery-driven) and have automatic transmission only.

It offers a battery capacity of 77.4kw. It is said to offer a driving range of 510 km on a single charge. With a 350kW charger, the car gets charged from 10 percent to 80 percent in just 18 minutes as it offers ultra-fast charging. Users can also schedule the charge time.

Users can choose between normal, sports and eco drive modes according to their requirements. The dual-motor AWD system and electric motor's 605 nm torque will provide an instant acceleration.

The car is equipped with 12.3-inch curved touchscreen navigation that displays information like charging time and more. The users will be able to see speed or lane indications on the windscreen.

The car features dual LED headlamps that not only give a stylish look but automatically adjust to avoid the bright lights of other vehicles. The automatic door handles are of a similar colour as the car and can be possibly seen when an individual comes close with a smart key.
