The much-awaited Honda Elevate has finally been launched in India. This is the sports utility vehicle’s (SUV) global debut as well.

While Honda has not announced the SUV’s price, it is expected to be priced between ₹12-18 lakh.

The bookings for the Elevate will begin in July and the car will be available during the festive season.

The Honda Elevate features a large shiny grille at the front and comes with a thick body. It is inspired from the Honda CR-V that was launched globally in 2022.

The Honda Elevate is equipped with a 1.5-litre DOHC i-VTEC petrol engine, similar to the company’s City sedan.

The Honda Elevate delivers 121 PS of power and 145.1 Nm of peak torque.

The Honda Elevate features a 10.25-inch infotainment screen, a 7-inch HD TFT display, tyre deflation alert, unauthorised access alert and more.

The Elevate comes with rear parking sensor, hill-start assist, rear-seat reminder, lane watch, emergency stop signal and more.

Honda Elevate’s competitors include the Kia Seltos, Maruti Grand Vitara and Hyundai Creta.

Honda has also confirmed that it will launch a fully-electric car in India in the next three years.
