Auto Expo 2020 is upon us and the news hits the market that Skoda is ready with 5 new and upgraded products that will storm the Indian consumers this year. Here is an overview of the most interesting cars from the automotive giant that the Indian market will receive with a lot of enthusiasm.
1. Skoda Vision IN
The Skoda Vision IN SUV has been developed exclusively targeting the Indian market and has been unveiled to set the phase for rolling it down in the market on April 15, 2021. The all new Skoda Vision IN SUV is a BS6-compliant petrol unit fitted with 1.0 liter, 3 cylinder turbo. The car buyers can choose between 6-speed manual and 7-speed transmission. The estimated price of Skoda Vision IN is Rs. 10 lakhs. Releasing the teaser video ahead of the Auto Expo 2020, Skoda says the production will start very soon this year.
2. Skoda Superb
As per the company information, the Skoda Superb Facelift will be available for purchase in the Indian market in April 2020. Skoda Superb combines in it elegant looks and amazing functionality assuring fuel economy and lesser emissions. Automatic 7-speed DSG transmission is a highly desirable feature. 3. Skoda Rapid

The standard elements include a rough terrain package and a four-wheel drive. The customers can choose between three engine options including two diesel versions and a petrol version. Skoda says the delivery of Skoda RS 245 will start in April with the bookings accepted from March 1. The carmaker says it has plans to limit the number of cars during production to only 200 units. The ex-showroom price of the vehicle will be Rs. 36 lakhs. Octavia RS 245 is an able competitor to Audi A3, Mini Cooper, Ford Endeavour, Mitsubishi Pajero Sport, Volvo S60 and Mercedes-Benz CLA. The top speed assured is 250 kmph and the car can pick up 0-100 kmph within 6.6 seconds. The highly desirable feature is 7-speed DSG transmission.
