Big Amazon Server Outage Brings Flickr Down With It

An Amazon Web Services server in northern Virginia is currently down with network connectivity issues.

This affects major sites around the Internet like Flickr, which is currently inaccessible due to this outage.

The AWS Service Health Dashboard cites that connectivity issues were detected just after 10:30 ET this morning. It's affecting the eastern United States with lots of slow, faulty data.
