Bharti Realty, backed by Indian industrialist Sunil Bharti Mittal, is coming up with a destination for food, beverage, shopping and leisure, at Aerocity near Delhi airport. The leisure hub, called Worldmark, would be sprawled across 700,000 sq ft, out of which over 16,000 sq ft will be for eating-out space housing several restaurants.

Some of these restaurants include Cafe Delhi Heights, Imperfecto, Social and Asia 7.

SK Sayal, CEO of Bharti Realty, told ET that Aerocity will beat Gurgaon-based DLF Cyberhub to become the food hub for Delhi-NCR, given that it would be enjoying the benefit of its central location.

Even though CyberHub has a huge F&B zone spanning 200,000 sq ft of space, industry experts feel that it's the geographic benefit of Worldmark that would work in its favour. However, it would not be eating up Cyberhub's business since there is enough scope for both to survive.
