Bayer is facing threats of a lawsuit over its One A Day marketing. The litigious Center for Science in the Public Interest sent the company a letter asking it to change its claims that vitamins provide "support" against various diseases. Bayer has a long history of making misleading claims about One A Day. It has been sued before by CSPI and cited by the FTC. The company once claimed that One A Day might prevent cancer.
