Aryatta is a young business leader and social entrepreneur with a standout record of achievement across various sectors ranging from heavy manufacturing, consumer technology, building materials, medical devices, to financial services. She is a next generation leader of the Kolkata headquartered Agarwal group, where she is spearheading the group’s foray into plastic recycling. \n\nAryatta has been an ardent advocate for equal opportunity, women & youth empowerment, and progressive change for over a decade now. Leading the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers community in Kolkata, she guided her Hub's evolution into a credible force for mobilizing youth to engage with local communities on social issues in the city. She strives to make a positive contribution to society, routinely volunteering, mentoring and consulting with small businesses and young entrepreneurs through her active memberships in various professional organizations such as CII, and through her not-for-profit trust, Jivika Foundation.
