At least 13 people killed in an explosion at a bar in France

An explosion and fire at a bar in northern France has reportedly killed 13 people and injured several others, CNN and local media reported.

The blast happened early Saturday in Rouen, Normandy, according to a CNN report.

Citing witnesses who spoke to the news network, emergency vehicles set up a perimeter around the Le Cuba Libre bar on Avenue Jacques Cartier.
