Business Insider is looking for an editor for its new digital culture team! This editor would primarily focus on stories within the social space: YouTube, Instagram, Vine, Snapchat, Tumblr, Periscope and beyond - and the interesting people who are using those platforms in exciting ways.

You'd work with 1-2 reporters and an intern.

• You have excellent writing and copy-editing skills.
• You have managed a team before.
• You have a love for spending time exploring various social platforms and have your favorite users on each one - this isn't just your job, it's your passion.
• You know how to move a story forward and make it your own.
• You're fast and think on your feet.
• You love to multi-task.

While this position has regular office hours, the ideal candidate is always keeping an eye out for the next story.
