With all of the ridiculous questions Amy Poehler asks in Best Buy's Super Bowl ad, the actress accomplished one of the struggling company's goals: it actually makes the service look good.
Poehler poses many questions to a nice, non-commissioned, employee. Questions like: "What is the cloud? Where is the cloud? ARE WE IN THE CLOUD RIGHT NOW?"
She also asks if, since an e-reader won't read her "Fifty Shades of Grey" in a sexy voice, the employee will. (Hey, Poehler is newly single.)
This is Best Buy's first Super Bowl ad with its new CEO. The company lost a reported $10 million Q3 2012, so only time will tell if this spot helps things around.
