Hello! I'm Lauren Johnson, a senior advertising reporter at Business Insider. I joined Business Insider in 2018 and report on how technology is changing advertising. I've written on Facebook, Google and Amazon's growing domination of the ad industry and the impact of California's Consumer Privacy Act and Google's decision to remove third-party cookies on the industry. More recently, I've reported on the business models behind media companies like The Athletic.
