A rapper turned up to an awards ceremony wearing a diamond-encrusted Apple Watch

American rapper Ludacris turned up to the Teen Choice Awards last night wearing a diamond-encrusted Apple Watch, 9to5Mac reports.

The custom device comes from Icebox Jewelry in Atlanta, which sells diamond-encrusted watches for thousands of dollars.

This isn't the first time that a company has taken an Apple Watch and made it into something very different.

Russian jewellery brand Caviar created a line of Apple Watches which honour Putin, Lenin and Alexander the Great:
