An apartment building that's under construction caught fire in the Montrose neighborhood near downtown Houston on Tuesday.
Traffic in west Houston is at a standstill, according to KHOU 11.
It's currently unclear whether there were any people in the building at the time of the fire.
There are no reported injuries so far.
