WhatsApp Update Brings New Features For Windows Users

WhatsApp, the popular instant messaging application, has come back with amazing fixes and new features for Windows users. The update includes better privacy settings, customisable interface and notification tones.

A Windows user can also set the audience for his/her WhatsApp profile photo, status and the ‘last seen’ feature. Plus, one can change the device's user interface, which was earlier the same as the phone's 'Message' interface. Users can also set their desired notification alert tones.

The features also include a variety of chat backgrounds, broadcast lists and auto-download for all media.

However, the above changes were introduced to iOS earlier in January and to Android in the second week of March.

Windows users are quite pleased with the new edition of the app.
