There's been a meme going around that in recent months, the Greek economy is showing its first signs of modest healing. It's still in a horrendous, depression state that will scar the country for years.
But budget balances have been improving, and the economic data has been getting less and less horrible.
And today's PMI manufacturing report has what looks like green shoots.
The index rose from 42.1 to 45.0, which is a huge month on month jump. This also happens to be the strongest month in 21 months.
