Treasury Secretary: We're Using Our 'Final Extraordinary Measures'

The U.S. has started using "final extraordinary measures to avoid breaching the nation's debt limit," according to Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew, reports Bloomberg.

In a letter addressed to House Speaker John Boehner, Lew said the measures will be exhausted no later than October 17.
