Mine Resistant Ambush Protected Vehicle (MRAP)
Mission: The MRAP is a specially designed and armored vehicle designed for survivability against Improvised Explosive Devices. Blast resistant bases provide support for the vehicle from below, while armor plating and armored glass provide protection for the vehicles upper body.

Mission: AAV-7s are tracked highly mobile vehicles that serve to ferry Marines and cargo through hostile territory. The vehicles are amphibious, and are equally able to serve in water and on land.

Mission: The principal battle tank of the Marine Corps, the M1A1 Abrams Tank weighs close to 70 tons. Heavily armed and armored, the tank provides firepower in support of Marine Corps ground forces.

Mission: The LAV is a Jack-of-all-trades vehicle that is able to mix firepower, speed, and maneuverability into a single platform. Able to operate in water and on land, the LAV is used for assault, reconnaissance, command and control, and security operations.

HMMWV
Mission: The Marine HMMWV has been in use since the 1980s and is highly customizable. The vehicle can be outfitted with different kits depending upon the mission, and can function as everything from command and control center to ambulance to TOW missile system carrier.

Assault Breacher Vehicle (ABV)
Mission: The ABV is a path-clearing vehicle built atop of a M1A1 Abrams Tank chassis. The vehicle is equipped with a mine-clearing plow, a .50 caliber machine gun, and a launcher for rocket-propelled C4.

MTVR
Variants: MTVR Armor System (MAS)
Mission: The MTVR is an armored and highly survivable troop and weapon transport intended for the most challenging environments. The MTVR MAS is even more armored to survive mine blasts and Improvised Explosive Devices.
MTVRs are also the main transports for the M777 Lightweight 155mm howitzer.

High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS)
Mission: The HIMARS is the Marine Corps single most advanced artillery system. Able to engage enemies from long distances in all weather conditions, the HIMARS provides support for Marines from over 40 miles away.

MRAP All-Terrain Vehicle (MATV)
Mission: The MATV is a smaller and more nimble vehicle built to replace the MRAP for certain missions. The MATV is off road vehicle of choice for the Marines. Able to operate successfully in a range of environments, the vehicle is used for command and control, transport, armament carrier, ambulance, and for towing weapons.
