"There are definitely students who drink or do drugs, but it is by no means pervasive or out of control. In the end whether or not you even have experiences with this will depend on who you are friends with or whether or not you seek it out," said one student.

Corban University reportedly keeps students safe despite its close proximity to a prison. "We have campus patrol 24/7, and if for some reason we don't feel safe walking back to our dorm, we have the security number on the back of our ID card and they will walk us back," wrote one freshman.
