Stocks opened sharply lower on Wednesday.
Near 9:33 a.m. ET, the Dow was down 146 points, the S&P 500 was down 15 points, and the Nasdaq was down 39 points.
Stocks ended Tuesday higher, reversing a selloff that took the S&P 500 negative for the year, and the Dow down more than 200 points.
This morning, Greece extended capital controls and banks will remain closed through Friday. Banks have been closed since last Monday and ATM withdrawals pegged at 60 euros per day.
Reports indicate that there is only a few days of cash left to dispense.
