LG was the first to bring its curved television to India. Now it’s
Samsung’s turn to bring its curved TV sets and they have brought a bag full of them. Today Samsung launched a plethora of curved thin tubes in India ranging from 48-inches to 105-inches. Some of them are HD LED’s and some are Ultra HD’s.
Samsung also showcased these TV’s at consumer electronic show 2014 held at
Las Vegas. The price of these TV’s start from Rs 1,62,900 (48-inch model) and goes upto 4,49,900 (65-inch model). The price of the 105-inch model will be available in the second half of the year. Then it will be officially available in the Indian market.
These TV’s can be placed on a table and can also be wall mounted. Samsung says that the users will get better experience as the TV’s have 4,200mm curve radius. This offers better viewing experience and curved screens also reduce distortion.
