But it's certainly remote, set on Mill Hill Field in the village of Abbots Ripton, where tens of thousands of people pitch their tents to enjoy a weekend of music and revelry.
Since it was established in 2004, acts like Blondie, Bastille, and The XX, have performed on the festival's main stage.
SGP is no ordinary music festival, though - each year, the event follows a theme. For this year's festival, which took place on July 21 - 24, it was space.
As well as a plethora of interesting costumes, there were intricately designed sculptures, stages, and cosmic-themed attractions. This year's festival was also memorable, as it became the first live music event in the UK to test drugs on the premises.
