31. Miami Dolphins

Week 4 result: Lost to the Bengals, 22-7
Week 4 star: Kenny Stills has turned into a deep weapon for Ryan Tannehill, recording a 74-yard touchdown on his lone catch.
Week 5 opponent: vs. Tennessee Titans
One thing to know: Head coach Adam Gase admitted he was coaching poorly by using four running backs last week. The Dolphins have run for the fifth-fewest yards in the NFL so far.
30. San Francisco 49ers
Record: 1-3
Week 4 result: Lost to the Cowboys, 24-17
Week 4 star: Jeremy Kerley had 88 receiving yards, including a 33-yard touchdown.
Week 5 opponent: vs. Arizona Cardinals
One thing to know: Wide receiver Torrey Smith has been something of a non-factor so far for the Niners. He has just nine catches for 106 yards and a touchdown through the first four games of the season and looked frustrated against the Cowboys.
29. Chicago Bears
Record: 1-3
Week 4 result: Beat the Lions, 17-14
Week 4 star: Backup quarterback Brian Hoyer is playing well in Jay Cutler's place, throwing for 302 yards on 28-36 passing, for two touchdowns, no interceptions, and a 120 passer rating!
Week 5 opponent: at Indianapolis Colts
One thing to know: Second-year wide receiver Kevin White is going on the injury reserve list after suffering an ankle injury and will miss at least eight weeks. The seventh pick in the 2015 draft, White has played just four games in his career.
28. Detroit Lions
Record: 1-3
Week 4 result: Lost to the Bears, 17-14
Week 4 star: Andre Roberts had an 85-yard punt return touchdown, which was the Lions' only touchdown of the day.
Week 5 opponent: vs. Philadelphia Eagles
One thing to know: The Lions have the worst defense in the NFL, according to ESPN's FPI.
27. Indianapolis Colts
Record: 1-3
Week 4 result: Lost to the Jaguars, 30-27
Week 4 star: Frank Gore ran for 68 yards and a touchdown and moved into the top 1o all-time in rushing yards.
Week 5 opponent: vs. Chicago Bears
One thing to know: The Colts are a mess on the field, and people are beginning to question Chuck Pagano and Ryan Grigson's job security.
26. Tennessee Titans
Record: 1-3
Week 4 result: Lost to the Texans, 27-20
Week 4 star: DeMarco Murray found the back of the end zone twice.
Week 5 opponent: at Miami Dolphins
One thing to know: Marcus Mariota is underwhelming in his second season in Tennessee. ESPN ranks him 31 out of 32 qualifying quarterbacks in QBR.
25. Jacksonville Jaguars
Record: 1-3
Week 4 result: Beat the Colts, 30-27
Week 4 star: The revamped Jaguars defense sacked Andrew Luck six times and had 18 combined pressures, according to PFF.
Week 5 opponent: Bye
One thing to know: With games against the Bears, Raiders, and Titans in the coming weeks, can the Jaguars still make a push in the seemingly open AFC South?
24. San Diego Chargers
Record: 1-3
Week 4 result: Lost to the Saints, 35-34
Week 4 star: Melvin Gordon remains a touchdown machine in his sophomore season, scoring twice more against the Saints on Sunday. (He did also have a costly fumble late in the 4th quarter.)
Week 5 opponent: at Oakland Raiders
One thing to know: The Chargers can't seem to close out games, blowing a late lead for the third time this season. Against the Saints, they led 24-14 at halftime and still managed to lose.
23. New Orleans Saints
Record: 1-3
Week 4 result: Beat the Chargers, 35-34
Week 4 star: How about fullback John Kuhn who had three touchdowns in the Saints' big come-from-behind win!
Week 5 opponent: Bye
One thing to know: The Saints forced three turnovers in the final seven minutes to come up with their first win of the season.
22. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Record: 1-3
Week 4 result: Lost to the Broncos, 27-7
Week 4 star: Clinton McDonald had eight tackles and two quarterback hits.
Week 5 opponent: at Carolina Panthers
One thing to know: Jameis Winston's 10 turnovers this season are tied for the league high.
21. New York Jets
Record: 1-3
Week 4 result: Lost to the Seahawks, 27-17
Week 4 star: Muhammad Wilkerson gave the Seahawks offensive line problems, hitting Russell Wilson once, batting a pass, and forcing three hurries.
Week 5 opponent: at Pittsburgh Steelers
One thing to know: Ryan Fitzpatrick has thrown nine interceptions in his last two games, but the Jets are standing by him. With games against the Steelers and Cardinals coming up, the Jets season could be decided in the next two weeks.
20. New York Giants
Record: 2-2
Week 4 result: Lost to the Vikings, 24-10
Week 4 star: There wasn't one!
Week 5 opponent: at Green Bay
One thing to know: Odell Beckham feels that he's been unfairly targeted, but it's Beckham that may be the problem. He's becoming something of a loose cannon for the Giants.
19. Washington Redskins
Record: 2-2
Week 4 result: Beat the Browns, 31-20
Week 4 star: Running back Matt Jones had a nice day with 117 rushing yards and a touchdown.
Week 5 opponent: at Baltimore Ravens
One thing to know: It was a tough day for Josh Norman, who was hit with a penalty for pretending to shoot a bow and arrow and also found out his teammate ate his Life Savers. Luckily, he did have a big fourth-quarter interception.
18. Kansas City Chiefs
Record: 2-2
Week 4 result: Lost to the Steelers, 43-14
Week 4 star: Alex Smith threw for 280 yards and two touchdowns, but this game was never close.
Week 5 opponent: Bye
One thing to know: The Chiefs have been hot and cold so far this season, but their schedule following the bye should help them. They'll play the Saints, Colts, Jaguars, and Titans — all very winnable games.
17. Carolina Panthers
Record: 1-3
Week 4 result: Lost to the Falcons, 48-33
Week 4 star: Luke Kuechly had 12 tackles, a sack, two tackles for loss, and a pass defense.
Week 5 opponent: vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
One thing to know: Cam Newton is likely out for the next game after sustaining a concussion. This team may have bigger problems after the secondary let Julio Jones run all over them for 300 receiving yards in Week 4.
16. Arizona Cardinals
Record: 1-3
Week 4 result: Lost to the Rams, 17-13
Week 4 star: Josh Brown caught 10 passes for 144 yards, though he did not find the end zone.
Week 5 opponent: at San Francisco 49ers
One thing to know: Everyone's Super Bowl favorites are suddenly reeling. They're 1-3, with ugly losses to the Bills and Rams. And, to make matters worse, Carson Palmer is in concussion protocol, meaning that Drew Stanton may be tasked with dragging them out of this hole. Time to sound the alarms?
15. Buffalo Bills
Record: 2-2
Week 4 result: Beat the Patriots, 16-0
Week 4 star: Rex Ryan for devising a game plan, even against Jacoby Brissett, to hold the Patriots scoreless, escape with a big win, and then ruffle their feathers after.
Week 5 opponent: at Los Angeles Rams
One thing to know: Ryan and the Bills have come up with two season-saving wins over the Cardinals and Pats. Next up are the surprising 3-1 Rams. The winner should give us a better idea of both teams.
14. Los Angeles Rams
Record: 3-1
Week 4 result: Beat the Cardinals, 17-13
Week 4 star: Case Keenum threw for 266 yards and two touchdowns.
Week 5 opponent: vs. Buffalo Bills
One thing to know: Despite LA's hot start, FiveThirtyEight still only gives the Rams a 50% chance to go on to make the playoffs.
13. Dallas Cowboys
Record: 3-1
Week 4 result: Beat the 49ers, 24-17
Week 4 star: Ezekiel Elliott looks like the star everyone expected — he had 138 rushing yards and a touchdown in Week 4
Week 5 opponent: vs. Cincinnati Bengals
One thing to know: Rookie quarterback Dak Prescott has passed all of the tests, including coming back from 14-0 in Week 4. Now he gets the Bengals, who are the best team he'll have faced in his young career.
12. Baltimore Ravens
Record: 3-1
Week 4 result: Lost to the Raiders, 28-27
Week 4 star: Steve Smith Sr. caught eight passes for 111 yards and a touchdown. Not bad for 37-year-old one season after tearing his Achilles!
Week 5 opponent: vs. Washington Redskins
One thing to know: Justin Forsett was cut by the Ravens ... for the second time this season.
11. Houston Texans
Record: 3-1
Week 4 result: Beat the Titans, 27-20
Week 4 star: Rookie wide receiver Will Fuller recorded a receiving touchdown and a 67-yard punt return for a touchdown.
Week 5 opponent: at Minnesota Vikings
One thing to know: The Texans offense is having troubles — Brock Osweiler has thrown more interceptions than touchdowns and Lamar Miller hasn't scored yet. Next up: the fearsome Vikings defense. This one could get ugly.
10. Oakland Raiders
Record: 3-1
Week 4 result: Beat the Ravens, 28-27
Week 4 star: Derek Carr threw four touchdown passes in the win.
Week 5 opponent: vs. San Diego Chargers
One thing to know: The Raiders are still giving up a ton of points (26.5, or 22nd in the league), but their offense is playing well enough to make up for it. Their 265.5 passing yards per game are good for ninth in the league, and their 126.8 rushing yards is good for fifth.
9. Cincinnati Bengals
Record: 2-2
Week 4 result: Beat the Dolphins, 22-7
Week 4 star: A.J. Green had a monster day with ten catches for 173 yards and a touchdown.
Week 5 opponent: at Dallas Cowboys
One thing to know: The Bengals are hoping to get tight end Tyler Eifert back this week.
8. Atlanta Falcons
Record: 3-1
Week 4 result: Beat the Panthers, 48-33
Week 4 star: Fine, we'll give it to Julio Jones. 300 yards receiving is pretty good.
Week 5 opponent: at Denver Broncos
One thing to know: The Falcons play the Broncos, Seahawks, and Packers in three of their next four games. For those still doubting Atlanta's for-real-ness, the next month should reveal a lot.
7. Green Bay Packers

One thing to know: Head coach Mike McCarthy said Jordy Nelson exceeded expectations in his first three games back from an ACL tear and will be better after the bye week.

Week 4 star: Jimmy Graham is back! The tight end had 113 yards on six catches, his second straight game with over 100 yards.

One thing to know: Russell Wilson had a rehab specialist live with him for a week to be prepared for the Jets game. It appeared to work.
4. Pittsburgh Steelers
Record: 3-1
Week 4 result: Beat the Chiefs, 43-14
Week 4 star: Ben Roethlisberger threw five touchdowns on 22-27 passing. This offense might just be the best in the league.
Week 5 opponent: vs. New York Jets
One thing to know: Having Le'Veon Bell back is a nice plus. He ran for 144 yards in his return.
3. Minnesota Vikings
Record: 4-0
Week 4 result: Beat the Giants, 24-10
Week 4 star: Cornerback Xavier Rhodes had an interception and pass breakup while holding Odell Beckham to a career-worst 23 yards on three catches.
Week 5 opponent: vs. Houston Texans
One thing to know: The Vikings have allowed three total touchdowns to Aaron Rodgers, Cam Newton, and Eli Manning over the last three weeks. This defense is legit.
2. New England Patriots
Record: 3-1
Week 4 result: Lost to the Bills, 16-0
Week 4 star: Martellus Bennett was a lone bright spots in the New England offense with 109 receiving yards.
Week 5 opponent: vs. Cleveland Browns

Week 4 star: How about rookie QB Paxton Lynch, who stepped in and threw for 170 yards with a touchdown and no interceptions.

One thing to know: Trevor Siemian is hoping he'll play in Week 5 against the Falcons, but if his shoulder isn't better, Lynch will get his first start.
