Notably, this hasn’t deterred the production house Sphere Origins from running the daily soap on Colors. This is a
famous Gujarati cookery show that has been running daily since February 7, 2005
on ETV Gujarati. It has completed more than 3000 episodes. It is the longest
running cookery show in India, and the second in world ranking. The show is
produced by Archana Shah and is presented by Lipi Ojha.

that today’s generation has grown up watching is produced by B.P. Singh under Fireworks
Productions. C.I.D is the longest running Hindi show. It has been airing since 21
January, 1998 on Sony. The number of telecasts per week is varied on a continuous
basis. The show also enjoys umpteen reruns of some of its famous episodes.
