Developers Enstar Capital just turned 54 Brooks Mews, in the heart of Mayfair, into the most expensive office in London.
Enstar Capital acquired the space in 2009 and refurbished 6,000 square feet with the help of architects Stiff & Trevillion.
The offices now cost £500 per square foot.
The redevelopment project has taken over 16 months and Enstar Capital spent £4 million on the project.

The original 1930s Art Deco staircase was also restored with a Statuario Michelangelo marble stairwell with a gold effect handrail and detailing.
Even the grips on the marble floors have the “gold effect” treatment – which is actually polished brassware resulting in a gold-bar finish.
The radiators and wall lights also have the same luxurious finish.
But perhaps the most decadent part of the office is the gold-plated bathrooms.

And the mirrored washbasins with water, soap dispenser and hand drying facilities are designed to "echo the ambience of Milan’s five star Armani hotel."
The office even has a massive board room that could double up as a dining room ...
... because the office space has a deal with the high-end restaurant La Petite Maison on the ground floor.
"Champagne, snacks or a three course meal will be able to be delivered piping hot from the restaurant directly into the offices," says Enstar Capital.
