I can't stop watching people fly off these insane slip 'n slide launch ramps

Summer is winding down which means people are holding on tight to all things fun in the sun.

Maybe that's why this video of a bunch of dudes careening down a massive slip 'n slide (that then launches them into a pool!) is going viral today.

The video was first tweeted in July but we just saw it today. It's picking up speed with over 8,000 retweets. Check it out:

All I can hear is my mother's voice telling me I'm going to break my neck.

A little clicking around brought me to a guy named Brice Milleson's YouTube page, which features this video in full. Turns out they build something like this every year. The video that's going around now is from 2014. There's a 2013 version, too.

The slide, which is called the Slip 'N Fly, is located at a sports camp called Ohio Dreams (for kids 7-17, sorry adults). The slide and pool is available for rent, but it'll run you about $5,000.

The camp looks like it's for kids who excel at skiing, snowboarding, BMX, and skateboarding, and is sponsored by Mountain Dew (the logo is everywhere).

Let's take a look at the Slip 'N Fly again, shall we?

If you're thinking, oh I could totally do that, I'd be fine, here's a clue that this slide is not for the average Joe: Even legendary skateboarder Tony Hawk looks nervous to give the ol' Slip 'N Fly a shot.

There are tons of slip 'n slide videos on YouTube, and if you can silence the anxious voices in your head (okay, the ones in my head), they're worth looking at.

This one launches into the ocean (this looks very shallow!):

There are but a few weeks of summer left, daredevils!
