A new recruit is handed over this post and joins at a package of Rs 3.16 lakh per annum.

After an year, you are promoted and you package increases to Rs 3.40 lakh per annum

After two years of work experience, you become Systems Engineer and take home Rs 4-5 lakh per annum

Now after four to six years of experience, you are promoted as ITA and now salary should be around Rs 5-8 lakh per annum

The next position is TA and now you will take home Rs 10 lakh per annum

When you get promoted as Lead, you earn Rs10 lakh and above
