Salman Yusuuf Khan
Probably the most recognised product of the DID factory, this native of Bangalore has gone to great heights post his win. Just after winning the show and Rs 50 lakh as prize money by getting 8,91,643 votes, Salman was seen shaking his leg in one of the tracks of the movie Wanted. He did another music video in the film Rakta Charitra before being signed as one of the leads in India’s first 3D dance movie ABCD: Anybody Can Dance.
Other than these big screen appearances, Salman has also appeared as a choreographer in three seasons of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, winning the last season with beautiful actress Drashti Dhami. He was last seen in some daredevil stunts in the adventure reality show Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 5. He will be seen as a challenger with fellow dancer Lauren Gottileb in this season of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.
Shakti Mohan
Known as India’s best contemporary dancer today, Shakti Mohan was declared the winner after getting 7,34,140 votes. She won the prize money of Rs 50 lakh along with a Maruti Suzuki WagonR. After winning the show, she appeared in music videos in films like Tees Maar Khan, Rowdy Rathore, Kaanchi and Samrat & Co. She was also one of the collaborators of BBC's Collaboration Culture project (2012).
Other than dancing, she has also played a role in the television show Dil Dosti Dance. She will be seen as a contestant in the seventh season of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.
Jeetumoni Kalita
This season was called Dance India Dance Li'l Masters and had tiny tots dancing their ways to the heart of the nation, as the participants were aged from 4 to 14 years of age. The winner was Jeetumoni Kalita from Assam, who was given a cash prize of Rs 3 lakh. Last seen in DID Dance Ke Superkids, he is presently continuing his studies in his home town.

Amit and Falon
This season was called Dance India Dance Doubles, and had contestants participating as couples. The winners of the show were Amit Malvankar and Falon Netto. They both were given a Tata Nano each. After the win, they both have been working as dancers under ace choreographer Shiamak Dawar.

After winning the hearts of millions of voters from across the globe, this girl from Odisha won by getting 4,58,930 votes. She was awarded the prize money of Rs 50 lakh and a Maruti Suzuki Ertiga. The Chief Minister of Odisha, Mr. Naveen Patnaik, presented her with a house, and a cheque of Rs 3 lakh was given by Rourkela Steel Plant. Post her victory, she has been away from the limelight and has opened a dance academy in Odisha, as seen on the website of The Blue Light Dance Studio.

Mithu Chowdhury
This season was called DID Super Moms, and was for those mothers who had kept alive their passion for dancing. The winner of this unique season was Mithu Chowdhury, a mother of two. She was awarded with a cash prize of Rs 10 lakh. She was last seen in DID Dance Ka Tashan, a competition between the contestants from Dance India Dance Li'l Masters and DID Super Moms. She has also been busy managing the dance school that she runs in her home town Kolkata.

Faisal Khan
This show was called Dance India Dance Li'l Masters Season 2. The winner was Faisal Khan from Mumbai, who was given a cash prize of Rs 10 lakh. He also participated in DID Dance Ka Tashan, opposite the contestants from DID Super Moms. He is presently seen as the main lead in the mythological show Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap.
Shyam Yadav
The winner of Dance India Dance Season 4 was Shyam Yadav. He bagged the prize money of Rs 50 lakh and a Maruti Suzuki Celerio. He signed a three-year contract with Zee TV post victory, and now takes Zee Dance Workshops in various parts of the country. Through his Facebook page, he recently shared his plans to open up a dance academy in Mumbai soon.
