Hilbert's modeling career kicked off when she was young. "Everyone in my hometown used to tell me I should try modeling. So when I was 15 I came down to NYC with my mom to open calls, and it happened from there," she said.
Hilbert modeled for Victoria's Secret Pink in the past but is thrilled with her new position. "What I like most working with Victoria's Secret Pink is I really get to be myself during the shoots, and I absolutely love everything I wear."
She's no stranger to the modeling scene, having already booked campaigns with Urban Outfitters, Express, Delia’s, and Konis.
She also recently appeared in country singer, Brett Eldredge's ‘Lose My Mind’ music video.

Rachel is still processing her whirlwind career. "I never thought in a million years I would do this, but it happened," Hilbert said to 13WHAM ABC.
She has always maintained a very active lifestyle and has many hobbies. "I actually used to dance for 14 years before I started modeling, so dance is a really big one... It was my passion. I also enjoy reading books, drawing, riding my bike, working out, Pilates, and kickboxing."
"One of my fashion icons is Grace Kelly. She was so beautiful and elegant," she said.
One aspect Hilbert loves about being the brand's new spokesmodel is the opportunity to travel.

Not many people know about her history as a skier. "I used to be a downhill alpine racer competitively in high school and for my home mountain in Rochester," Hilbert said.
She says her mom is her greatest role model. "I give most of the credit of my career at such a young age to my mom," Hilbert said.

"She was able to drop everything to get me to NYC for jobs, castings, go sees, etc. I wouldn't be where I am today without the support of my family," Hilbert said on the overwhelming support from her mother and surrounding family.
Her mother supports her decision to work for Pink, telling 13WHAM ABC, "I think it's so important to feel good about yourself, and feel good about yourself as a woman."
