Lisa Kudrow
Those of you who have watched and enjoyed the American sitcom F.R.I.E.N.D.S must know that the vivacious Phoebe became a surrogate mother for her brother because his wife could not conceive. However, this plot was introduced only to justify the changing look of Lisa Kudrow, who was pregnant in real life. She gave birth to her son Julian in May 1998.

Courteney Cox
Another F.R.I.E.N.D.S star in the list, Cox was married to David Arquette and was expecting her first child with him when the show was in its last leg. Coincidentally, Cox’s pregnancy could not have been incorporated in the show because her character Monica could not have had kids. Her pregnancy was covered by making her wear lose clothes and careful camera placements. Her daughter Coco was born in June 2004, a month after the show’s finale premiered.
