Handling the biggest tasks first and getting them off the beaten path should be your first approach. The idea is that by handling them first you deal with the weight and anxiety that builds up and prevents you from getting anything done—whether we're discussing enormous or small tasks.
Set Time
Contingent upon the number of tasks that you regularly carry out in a day, allot suitable measure of time to every task. Attempt to finish the task inside the allotted time frame. Try not to stress if you are not ready to get things done inside allotted timeframe. The idea is to start ingraining a sense of discipline rather than simply doing things arbitrarily.
Focus your energies on the task at hand and do nothing else. It's astounding how productive you can be the point when you capture the power of focus.
Delegation
Sometimes tasks can be separated into parts and certain parts can be delegated. Share the weight. It is alright to request help; that is the way you cultivate relationships and build teamwork inside a company.
