Business Insider recently teamed up with PayScale, a compensation software and data company, to compile its list of the 50 best companies to work for in America. The list focused on dream-job companies where a premium is placed on employee satisfaction, but a major piece of the ranking also centered on another important factor: pay.
We pulled out the companies that offer the highest median pay to employees with at least five years experience, and, unsurprisingly, tech companies dominated the top of the list. Google - which also earned the No. 1 spot on the overall ranking - touts the highest experienced median pay at $140,000, followed by Salesforce.com and Facebook, offering $136,000 and $135,000, respectively.
