Reasons for hiring a fresher - We believe that the freshers come with disruptive energy and do not have the baggage of experience.
To offset that we have a small team of immensely experienced leaders who are open minded yet thoroughly experienced. We believe it is a great mix.

I don't know what the market pays a fresher, but we do pay them higher than what they would be offered in very conventional organisation. We give them multi-tasking, leadership roles and enough opportunity to prove themselves and excel. We guide them, groom them for leadership right from beginning. That's the strategy Web Talkies has.
