As it turns out, there are plenty of jobs that compensate well and afford you the ability to juggle the demands of your work and personal life with ease.
To find these gigs, Glassdoor recently did some digging.
The jobs website sifted through thousands of employee reviews to find which professions offer the most flexible schedules, the option to work from home, and allow employees to set their own schedules. It then scored each job in terms of work-life balance on a 5-point scale. (Read more about the methodology here.) Business Insider then sorted the list by median pay, and highlighted 14 jobs that pay over $70,000 a year for people who want a life outside of work:
